My Crazy Movie Rule
I won't watch any movie that is based upon a time before electricity was invented [edit: er....make that "discovered".]
One exception: Gladiator
Possible exception: Gone With The Wind (I've never seen it).

How about "Harlem Nights" that is right on the edge of your movie rule? Now that was a good movie? You know the one with Eddie Murphy and the late Richard Pryor.
By the way, did you know Eddie Murphy was found with a male hooker about ten years ago?
