So of all the Syrian refugees that Obammy is letting in and one already needs a court appointed lawyer? The hell you say....

If Trump is elected and follows through on his promise to kick out the illegals then this person could get a job mowing yards or in the construction trade.

Isn't this confidential between client and his lawyer?

TO 4:41

As someone who accepts court appointed defendants and paying clients, the vast majority of court appointments are not illegals. Illegal aliens pay cash because they ARE WORKING. It's our home grown folks who are on the gub'ment teet.

The job market is always tough in Wise County. It's why people live in

With someone asking for a court-appointed defense attorney, the problem could very well be that he's been in jail most of his life.

But maybe not. About 75% of the clients where I work file civil cases with pauper's affidavits and IOLTA certs. I help complete these sometimes, and your pic is not at all unusual.

"No income and no expenses, sir? No money passes through your hands during the month? None? Ever? I'm not sure a judge is going to believe that."

In fact, I'd say 25% of our clients have no income of any kind, in fact. No food stamps. No SSI. Absolutely nothing.

Katy, Thanks for verifying what Wordkyle has been saying.

Not confidential--filed with the papers in the court's case (which are public record).
