It's for the new Hooters that will be opening on the square. Since there is not enough parking they will have to shuttle patrons from an offsite parking lot.
These are the Mexicans from Primos doing a roach coach to sell food to honkeys off the square since the Main Street gestapo wont let them in the square. They bring the square to the food. There is a rumor that the city is already complaining about the color of the bus though, and how they are going to try to negotiate to make it blend in better.
That's the bus that usually sits outside of Babe's in Arlington! I bet they're using it to shuttle people from Sweetie Pie's to the parking lot down the street.

I did see it on bang bus dot com once.
Sweetie Pie's used the bus in the Parade of Lights in Fort Worth over the Thanksgiving weekend.
