I don't agree with ANY Supreme Court Justice all of the time - and I don't disagree with any Supreme Court Justice all of the time.
It seems like if these Justices are not owing the party line with every vote, then they are doing a GOOD thing. Their emphasis is supposed to be on the Constitution, not political parties or headlines.
Glenn Beck hasn't restored anything except the money in his pocketbook off the working class people, both D's and R's, with the money he gets from them. The guy is more annoying than the Decatur beggar.

Think of it this way, He def weakened any attempt by "BIG governemnt types to abuse the commerce clause in the future, avoided a major backlash by libs against Conservatives ( bc they to do not yet realize the ramifications) which helps us in November, AND by making it about taxes ( which is an ultra-weak argument and he knows it) he has put the onus on the libs for enacting the biggest tax increase in American history which will also help in november.Not to mention all the egg on Obama's face from all his deceitful machinations in an attempt to fool the public into believing its not a tax when it is.
A tax, a fee, a penalty, or an assessment? Other than semantics what difference does it make. Is my auto insurance a fee, an assessment or a tax? I pay it with real money because the state says I must. I also wear my seat belt (most of the time) because the state says I must. Are these charges and requirements encroaching on my freedoms? Guess so but, c'mon, that's the price we pay to live in a civilized society.
