If Those Girls Don't Win This Whole Thing . . .

Baylor defeats Florida to move onto the Sweet Sixteen

. . . it would be the definition of the agony of defeat. But as good as they are -- maybe the best college women's team ever -- I've got a weird feeling. There's been nothing to indicate they shouldn't win it all, but that's when things come crashing down.

Wow, it's like those guys are in it for the money or something. Anybody want to bet that Bates character is what happens to people like Charlie in the after life? Bitter, sarcastic and full of bi-polar-ish opinions that make you think "I wish I had said that" may be funny, but....hey that is funny.

The main concept behind getting your money by having someone buy something from someone who gives you money to make that 1st person aware of the product or service you will get paid for may work. oh wait i just re-invented capitalism. This must be an election year. At least it's not reality TV, or is it?

I realize this doesn't make sense, but I couldn't post to the blog I read about for the episode where Cathy Bates will play the part of Charlie's ghost on 2&1/2 men in a MSN article.

Wow!
rage's comment is the only one that makes any sense in regard to the subject. The first two comments don't make much sense regardless of the subject

Is it Dec. 21 already?

Best college women's team ever?

What a short memory you have. I guess the women's UCONN team with Diana Taurasi doesn't ring a bell?

Every team that played UCONN got throttled from start to finish.

Baylor is a very good team, but to say this is the best team ever...you must have taken a double-dose of dumbass.

In sports talk, "ever" seems to mean the "last year or two". Let's let this Baylor team at least make an NCAA championship game before they are mentioned as the greatest team "ever". UCONN's 90 straight wins and B2B titles in 09 and 10 might put them slightly ahead. Or the UCONN team that won 3 consecutive titles in the early 00s. Or the Tennessee run of 5 straight title games; going 3-2, with the three wins being in a row. Or the Auburn team that went to 3 straight title games, etc.

Baylor's good but is it really a woman's basketball team. I mean, Adam's Apple, no boobs and a voice lower than any other person on the court...sorry but I want a DNA test!
