Justice does not wear a political badge. If a person is wrongly or rightly accused, that person deserves justice, a fair hearing and it does not matter whether the defender is Democrat or Republican, or if the defendent is Republican or Democrat. If the defendent is guilty or innocent, that will be decided in court, regardless of party affiliation. The ACLU is an example of impartial justice. The ACLU, pretty much hated by Republicans, defended Rush Pillbauagh much to his dismay during some of his troubles, but the rules apply to everyone regardless. It is the same justice for all. Oh, well, unless it is purchased justice, as can be the case sometime...it seems....
