Did Kid Use Gang Signs In Emblem?
I 100% believe this kid. There is no way he has anything to do with a gang. In fact, if I'm his dad and and see him in this news footage, I'd sign him up for the Crips the next day.

I like the last line, about how it hasn't been determined whether to let him keep the $1,000.
$1,000 is a lot cheaper than the emotional distress lawsuit Chicago is going to have on their hands if they don't let him keep it. This has ruined that kid's life!

The last time one of my kids got to cry like that was when they were about 4. After that I'd just duct-tape 'em to a fence post if they started up. That problem went away real quick
