How about, no IDIOTS allowed to have BBQs, or weld, etc. Why should people that know how to avoid setting the world on fire be punished? And does DPS not realize that a lot of Texans live in subdivisions with backyards and porches and short green grass that wouldn't catch on fire if you torched it?
