Lawyer Slap Down - For Those Who Like That Sort Of Thing
Some high school girl out of Carrollton didn't make the cheerleading squad and files a federal lawsuit. It gets thrown out at the trial level and then it is appealed to the Fifth Circuit. The Court issued the opinion last week that began with (ouch):
And ended with (double ouch):
And they even finished it off in a footnote with a roundhouse punch that Rocky would have been proud of (Correction!!!! I, mean "of which Rocky would have been proud." )

Cheer Moms are ridiculous! I love how some of the Decatur Cheer moms are posting pics on fb of all of the Cheerleaders in matching string bikinis. Gotta start em young so they know what is expected of them! But hey whatever it takes to get the boys motivated to win. At least we don't have to pretend that cheering is a sport anymore.
Wonder how much they got paid for that?
All these moms that have to live through their kids with the cheerleading and by on the sidelines taking pictures of your son at a football game are crazy and need to grow up and get a life.
Do they not realize normal people are laughing at them.
