More wimply cops. He slammed her too hard. He should have been able to handcuff her faster instead of jawing with the bystanders. Same for the other cop. They act like limp wristed boys.

Agree with 5:22. The officers failed to handcuff the suspects quickly enough, which led to the escalation of the mob and put everyone, including the officers, in danger. It also gave more time for bystanders to whip out their cell phone cameras.
