I honestly don't check AlvordOnline.com very often but I ran by it a second ago. And when I did, I just had to look at their "Last Week's Poll Results" Hmmmm. 50% on both sides. I wonder how many people voted.

well Barry - you need to consider the source - I can say with reasonable assurance, the polls in this "publication" are not wide spread and are not indicative of the people's feelings. I would be surprised if even 2 voted. Now that's a poll. I have had some experience with this publication and I am telling you it is no more than a "gossip blog". Previous polls have been stated that prove no purpose but to hurt people. The owner uses her "paper" to promote personal issues and stir emotions of people. Along with stating untruths, she is not fair and unbiased in her reporting. Guess one can say what one wants in ones own paper!!!
I wonder...what happens to people after they are born to make them so mean?
She is only trying to do something good for her community. Leave her alone.

Alvoidians are my people.
I just looked on the site and I didn't see any gossip. It all appeared to be information that could be proven.
I asked the lady running the Alvord site to put in a request to have a link posted on Wise County.com It would also be nice to see the Chico paper add a link to Wise County site. Barry, you got any pull in this area??
Hey 3:15, I wonder if you're an Alvoid board member (or related to one) yourself?! The owner of the publication mentioned definately speaks her mind. With that said, which contents on her publication are untrue?
