Sheesh

But considering there are about 3,500 troopers and 39,500 school buses in the State, this is more for show than for enforcement.

Story.

If the little bastards would just sit in their seats and mind their own business, everything would be fine.

maybe it's an attempt to recover from all the bad PR by troopers recently...I mean hey, what else can you do to try to make people forget about pile driving a chicks face into a brick wall.......unless they send that trooper on a bus, and he ends up throwing a kid out the window for shooting a spit wad at him.....I guess not, he would probably arrest him for assault on an officer, and charge the 10 year old as an adult.

When we were kids, all we needed to be good on the bus was a bus driver named Mrs. Clifton. She would almost pull your ears off if you were out of control.

10:52...I do not think officers "charge" anyone as an adult!

Hope they feed all those kids beans and chilly. Make 'em earn that paycheck. Yep. My kid will be voted most likely to "wipe a boogy on a troopy".

What is the problem with kids behaving on the school bus? Back when--if you got in trouble on the bus, you got more than trouble when you got home. By the way, I also had Mrs. Clifton as my bus driver.

I didn't have Mrs. Clifton, but Coach Turner knew how to give a great "get backin your seat and shut up" break check.

I bet they are looking forward to the experience!

Yes DPS on the buses. Now that we know how courteously they treat bus passengers, what could be the problem with this idea?
