Should've been performed weeks ago. These people should have the knowledge and be prepared to handle these disasters when they happen, not make it up as they go.

According to BP, as reported by the NY Times, it could be several days before the level of success achieved by the "top kill" technique currently underway to staunch the flow of hydrocarbons (oil and methane), from the MC252 well in the Gulf of Mexico.
According to BP's site, ""Top kill" operations continued over the night and are ongoing. There are no significant events to report at this time. BP will provide updates on progress as appropriate. "
Big question, what took the Obama Administration so long to approve BP using the "top kill" technique that was suggested PRIOR to the failed original big "top hat" scheme?

It's not BP's fault. According to Obama's press conference today, he was on top of the situation from Day One, and BP is operating under the federal government's command. They are not to do anything unless and until the Obama administration gives them approval. If Obama is to be believed -- and of course he is -- he now owns the oil mess.
obama has no clue about what to do adn we the citzens must suffer i hope all you who voted have become wise to this. obama is responsible for the largest and most damaging economic and ecoligical disaster we have ever seen and he is doing a great job at screwing it up worse.
as far as plugging the hole i have an idea why dont we shove all the hope and change we were promised by obama and the global warming crap down the hole to stop it up
Dude I GOT It...it never dawned on me till now..have BP and Obama call MZCreep..Lovie and Thurston can fly down there on there Unicorns while reading there collection of the dead sea scrolls...she can then throw all that FU money she has laying around into it then touch it w/ her golden wand, then tell us about in BOLD letters...gonna go to Railhead then check out the Milfs at Colonial..let me know if she fixes it..
