Talking to one of his recent players, he told me Leach continues to have a major drinking problem that the Lubbock folks tend to circle the wagons around, no pun intended.
Wow. If the kid involved is the son of Craig James, that's very different from a kid whose parents have treated precious like a china teacup his whole life.
Every high school coach in the nation knows how to treat a player recovering from a concussion. If the reports of his treatment of this player are true, he is a despicable man.
10:12 I respectfully disagree. A former pro player understands rough, no nonsense coaches. He isn't as likely as other parents to over-react to strong discipline. And he has seen first hand the damage done when players and coaches do not treat a concussion seriously.
So, while Craig James probably adores his son as much as any parent, I'll give his complaint more credit than I would a parent who never played the game at the professional level.
As the parent of college athletes, I've seen too many parents who whine when precious has to run, do bear crwals, or other "conditioning" for infractions of team rules-but you don't mess around when it comes to concussions.
His previous defense of the anorexic Kansas ex-coach seems a bit disingenuous now, doesn't it!
This guy is the drunk uncle at the Christmas party, funny till he breaks the lamp.
Now Tech gets to figure out how to get him out before more disregard for the rules come out. What do they want, to win games questionably or compete honorably?
Leach is what you get when you worship the almighty god of FOOTBALL, to the exclusion of real life. That's what our country has been doing a lot lately. I looked in the TV Guide for the Bowl Games section. There are 32 friggin' "Bowl" games! Just like grade inflation. Keep it up and soon you can say to a college football player who's bragging about having played in a "Bowl" game--"Big deal, you and everybody else." Welcome to the sorry state affairs when a country always thinks "more is better".

HOOKEM HORN
I wonder if this has anything to do with his "Fat Little Girl Friend?"
Epic, the fact he is Craig James' son is exactly why his little teacup has shattered. DUMB ASS!

James needs to quit whining and embrace his inner pirate.
