Is that where their new urban park area is? You know, the one that spans the freeway - Woodall Rogers, is it? It looks like they decided to install a "water feature". How cool is that?!!!

Who pays for the wall damage? Dallas or TXDOT. U know that the erosion from all that water behind the pre-cast wall will be @ 2 million.
