Damn! It's anarchy out there!
Bet it was the GOP or an Obama plot.I'm sure on this blog it was something political
It's a crime wave. Mine was left open too.
Imagine you're being hired as a CPA. And instead of being able to enjoy the moment, a verbal disturbance breaks out. Aarrrgh.
If I'm walking by a mailbox and notice it is open but I choose not to do anything...I could be reported as leaving someone's mailbox open as is the case here. But if I go ahead and close the mailbox, I could be reported as messing with someone's mailbox. Man, I just hope I never pass by an open mailbox. It's a lose-lose situation.
Oh God,MAIL BOX + GOVERNMENT=WORDKILL and endless Political derived drivel on the way.
7:07--I feel your pain, brother.
I read this morning that up to 60% of mailboxes are left open at least once a week....but that number typically increases during the holiday season. But to ease the situation at the police dept. you can dial 811 if you find your mailbox has been left open.Karl Malone
"1900 block of CR 1560 - A man reported that someone left his mailbox open."The Lone Biker Of The Apocalypse has certainly left his mark on Wise County.
I think the County Commissioners need to appoint a special panel to investigate this transgression. We can not allow such behavior to continue in our community!Let's start a petition!Red Nick
Hey 7:17---If WK's point of view offends you so badly, why don't you offer us some constructive counterpoint? All of this childish stupidity you seem to think is so clever is actually annoying drivel which serves no purpose and neither informs nor entertains. Let me guess, you must be a Democrat. Wow, that doesn't make me want to jump on the liberal bandwagon. Life over there's not too intellectual, is it?
Oh, and Kyle, for the record; I sometimes agree with you and other times don't, but I always respect and appreciate you civility in debate.
If I see a mailbox open and do nothing, am I guilty of failure to stop and render aid?
9:24-------------------So that's how we ended up with the worst health care bill imagineable?I rest my case.9:01
8:01, nice Karl Malone reference.
I think it's a double fake - I called 911 a month ago a drunk in wal mart parking lot falling down with bird poop on his coat - honest to god - didn't see that on crime report!
Omigosh. I just thought of the perfect blogging name to give myself so I'm not one of those anonymous people, but instead have the courage to label myself.
I live in Chico and it's rare if my mailbox is shut.
A man reported that some guy in his mirror made an ugly face.
A man reported that someone left a path not taken.
I think after I drive on the parkway I'll park in the driveway.
200 block of Rook Ramsey Road - A man reported that he lost his cell phone while hunting.
I also read in the crime report.2300 block of Texas 114 E - A passerby observed an intoxicated woman tangled in a barbed wire fence. She was uninjured and a family member took custody of her. What they forgot to mention was ....She was tangled up next to the "Welcome to Wise County" Street sign :)
