I realize this happened in open court but geezzzeeee Barry. What a colossal load of insensitive douchbaggary you have stooped to by posting this woman's personal crisis on your personal blog. I can't believe I agree with the Creep! This seems a little insensitive. If we cared about the case, we would go watch it. If that were my family BG was posting and humiliating even more than they already are, I would whip Mr. Greens arse.

I really feel sorry for the families affected by crimes and accidents incurring legal punishment. It is so stressful on everyone and so very painful. I'm sure it's painful for the perpetrator to see the pain of his family, too. Often you don't realize the pain you cause others until it's too late.

My first thought was that this posting was really insensitive to the family involved. But upon further review, I actually find the photos themselves very touching. Obviously, it's a horrible situation for their family. But the obvious love of the sister for her brother despite his crime makes the images engaging (not in a train wreck way).
Anyway, I think folks are more offended by Barry's flippant, seemingly uncaring comments than by the actual photos. Maybe that can be attributed to the fact that he sees this stuff all the time and is somewhat desensitized to it.

How do any of you fools actually know BARRY took the pictures? Heck, with all his friends at the Courthouse, they might have come to him in an email.......
There are way too many rugs in that court room. Can you imagine how nasty they are? How often are they sent out for cleaning? How much did they cost in the first place? Are they securely affixed to the floor? Some one could trip on them, you know. Especially women wearing high heeled flip flops. Can they be sold in a garage sale? I'm goin' in.

Did anyone else notice that no one in the first pic is checking to see if this poor woman is dead or alive. She is in the same position in both pictures and everyone in the first pic appear to be having a casual chat. She's probably so upset cause her brother is the only one who loves her!

What's all the fuss about? Blogs, twitters, tweets, talk radio/tv - it's all about sensationalism, negativity, invasion of privacy - the list goes on.......

Here's the injustice. This man who was "with" a 16 year old female< possibly consentually, gets this 25 year sentence. But a 16 year old male who RAPES a 16 year old female gets absolutely nothing! It's simply a "he said" "she said" situation then. Now tell me, please....... isn't RAPE RAPE no matter what the age?

How would you like to see Barry post your family's picture on here and let everyone say mean and horrible things about your or your family? It was not the sister's fault that her brother is the way that he is.

i just want to let everyone taht likes to say medics kill people aroun dhere....that they saved lives lastnight itleast one. And for the person that was wondering y the hell we have rescue one y dont you read the update and see y. They were called out last night and also another medic to help in boyd for what was going on. I just wanna say thanks to all the medics and Rescue one for being there on wrecks and called out when we need them. Yall do an awesome job in this county and save lives everyday.
I hope you are not a dispatcher, 8:58AM. The po-pos and the ems people would have a hard time following your directions, which could result in time wasted in responding to a call, resulting in avoidable deaths.
