Jacksboro Killing Update

Maybe his free Yahoo email account suggested his username could be danielnelson11 and he thinks that is the correct suffix to follow his given name.

n our Eye On Crime, a Dallas-Fort Worth resident is charged with killing a Jacksboro man. Police said last night, nineteen year old John Ruben Harris met some family members when a dispute broke out.
Friends intervened and officers said twenty-one year old Daniel Earl Nelson the eleventh fired a gun. A single shot hit Harris, who later died at Parkland Hospital in Dallas. Nelson was arraigned this afternoon on a charge of man slaughter..

You're a runner. Did you see the July issue of Runner's World? The feature article is about a lady from the DFW area who gave up a baby for adoption in 1965. Anyway, the main photo, for this INTERNATIONAL magazine, was taken in..........Decatur, Texas!! At the Grasslands Run earlier this year.
Could be he's the eleventh Daniel Nelson. I knew a Thomas Williamson the fourth. Well, it's possible!
Or...maybe it's a "Bob Newhart" kinda thing, and he has 10 other brothers named Daniel; it could happen.
Um 12:59 if you had read the post it said the victim was John Harris. It even had a D.O.D. for him.

4:33- The runner, Suzi, used to be the run manager for the Grasslands Run. She ran this year with her son, who she reconnected with in the past couple years. I'll have to go get a copy of the magazine! Glad you mentioned it!!!

Big fat fool tackled the guy holding the gun and when he hit the ground, the gun discharged striking the one killed. Should have been the big fat fool arrested for involuntary manslaughter instead of the XI being arrested. Big fat dude and others came to his house and started an argument and would not leave. XI retrieves a pistola from his house and advises them to leave do to threatening comments towards him. That is when it all happened. Cut this dude loose and sack up the other guy. You do have a right to protect yourself and property especially at night.
If he played football, he would only have 60 days in jail
