The Star Telegram is first.
And I know for a fact that Fox 4 vixen Lari Barager is on the case as well.
Edit:
- It was a full segment on The Ticket this evening
- Uh, oh. The AP has picked it up - first appearing in the Houston Chronicle.
- Now the Dallas Morning News which means crazy comments underneath it.
- And published in El Paso.
- Washington Post!
- WGN in Chicago.
- In the UK, the defendant asked to go to the "toilet."
- And the commenters at Fark get a hold of the story.
- And he's now turned into an "Arkansas man."

This seems like more of a Lynn Kawano case.
All I can say is "little D" sure doesn't make the news as much as "Big D". So, so what if we make the news every so once in a blue moon? I really don't think it is the end of the world or sheds some kind of "redneck loser" light on Wise County or Greg Lowrey. I'll put Wise County statistics up against Dallas, Tarrant or most other counties any time. Don't tell me we're a lot smaller. For the size we ARE, our stats aren't too bad at "losing" felons. Lighten up folks!.......or move out!
I wasn't aware anyone was making an accusation of "redneck loser" about anyone. Did I miss something?
I thought it was just a funny happening.
What's the big deal?
Don't sweat the small stuff.
its also on the yahoo odd news of the day.
Haha What a silly man he is. But hey I thank him for a good laugh after a long day.
So who is the "informant" in Wise County who gives these newspapers these stories?
I think we all know.
Yes, 9:55 PM, you DID miss something! Read all the negative comments made by people totally ignorant of the actual facts (and law) involved in this situation that occurred--all in the comments to the posts below. People are sure quick to jump on the "judgmental bandwagon" around here!
Barry, that little thing you are helping me with? You know- the one where the man is trying to keep me down?
Well, if you want to be in the national spotlight DON'T have the bailiff chain me to the desk.
I swear I'm going to do it.
I'm going to start my stretching routine as soon as I finish this comment.

His prosecutors should be sentenced to life in prison. I'm not joking.
