A faithful reader tells me his newly arrived issue of Sports Illustrated has a two page photo of cowboy Trevor Brazile in it with a reference to Decatur.

First Bridgeport on the CNN weather and now Decatur in SI. Are we big time or what!!!!
I've seen a lot of talk that Brazille is the first triple-crown winner in this field since Roy Cooper, also of Decatur. But what I haven't seen mentioned in print anywhere ..... isn't Brazille the son-in-law of Cooper???
If that's right, seems like that would make a nice "human interest" connection.

He set the all time record for money won or earned in one year. He broke the record he set last year. Money won is how they decide the champ in each event and All Around for multiple events. Trevor not the TRIPLE CROWN CHAMP because who he knows but what he knows. If Super Looper Roy Cooper was still making a go for the finals, he also would have in the back of his mind "Hell, Trevor is here." at the every rodeo. Talent, discipline, and a little luck is the only reasons for him to be THE CHAMP for the conspiracy believers.
