To 3:37... Perhaps you are correct because phenodeviate indicates someone/something does NOT have linear inbreeding decline. Just by looking at the photo, it appears as though the person has at least THREE maxillofacial cranial abnormalities not associated with inbreeding. The first and most obvious, as well as common, is the remnants of a cleft palate that was partially repaired resulting in the single nostril of the subjects poorly formed nose. The second facial deformity is orbital hypertelorism which results in extremely broad set eyes often times causing the frontal bone of the cranium to become concave. The third deformity, being the subcutaneous mass to the right of the nose is most likely due to a capillary hemangioma but may, but not likely be caused by fibrous dysplasia.
The cause of maxillofacial deformities is not always known and not usually related to inbreeding. However, there is no doubt NONE of this man's facial deformities are a result of HIS actions.
