Electricity can "shock" you and it can hurt but it doesn't always kill you. Didn't you ever stick you finger into a lamp socket as a kid, stick a paper clip into an electrical outlet etc....or even heard stories of people who have? That is electrocution dude....the slang term is "shock".
The guy in this video was electrocuted by the tazer. Many many volts come out of a tazer that is why it hurts like hell. The kicker is that a tazer doesn't put out many AMPS. Amps is the electrical muscle that can kill you. A tazer is just like an electric fence, just with more volts....like up in the 1000's.

11:27, this is 2:17. The definition of electrocuted is "killed by electricity." I have been shocked many times, most often when working with welders. It's no fun, but electrocution is far worse.

I have been elctrocuted many of times in my work....but the voltage is no where near to what a tazer puts out.
