I'm heading back to my alma mater tonight to watch my nephew graduate from Bridgeport High School. (Hopefully, I'll get some good material to write about.) But I noticed that the speaker will be Dr Don Newbury. That's weird. He was the commencement speaker at my high school graduation.
And the ceremony has been moved indoors to the gym. I predict overcrowding.

I participated in some sort of a UIL competition in that very high school in 1992ish.
Is it too hard to have graduation at UNT like every other school. Jeez
Is that a picture of your advertiser John Lanier?
Maybe it's being moved inside to the gym because too many kids are not graduating because they didn't pass the TAKS test.
Do you think that he'll give the same speech?
the weather channel says tropical storm barry has formed off the gulf of mexico. you've been a busy boy.
Don't forget to check out the panels of alumni beside the office good times and big hair!!!!
You have got to host the post graduation party at the point in Wise County Park. If you notice all schools have different dates for graduation for such the extravaganza!!
Do you think that he'll give the same speech? AND play Lynyrd Skynyrds "Freebird" as the class song?
