12 inches in six days is worse than Seattle, very little outside activity and a Northwest loss are the casualties. Then again if u work outside you have more time to catch up on the blog..
Secret note to Texans: the rain in Seattle is greatly over stated - they are trying to keep the rest of the country from moving in. (it's not working very well). BTW: the 12 inches of rain we got this week is 1/3 of Seattle's total annual rainfall.
the rain is great but if you are a farmer like me we complain that we need the rain but we also need to dry out so we can get into our fields and plant and cut hay not that i am complaining i have already got more hay this year than i had in the last 2 years

I am amazed at how strangely similar the radar weather pattern of today is like yesterday (see yesterday's post versus todays). It is apocalyptic.

NO I WAS IN SEATTLE AT THE FIRST OF THE MONTH AND THE SUN WAS SHINING, I WAS THERE 2 DAYS AND NOT A DROP OF RAIN
No complaining about the rain allowed.
On this, I totally agree with you, M&M.
Have any of you ever read "The Time It Didn't Rain" by Elmer Kelton? Now that's a sad story.
