Crazy docket in Jack County this morning. It seemed to be of a record size: 30 defendants.
What are "my guys" accused of doing?
- Delivery of a Controlled Substance, > 4 grams < 200 grams (female)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, > 4 grams < 200 grams (female)
- DWI - Third (male)
- Possession of a Controlled Substance, > 4 grams < 200 grams (female, and a no show)
- Indecency With A Child (male)
- Injury To A Child (male)
- DWI- Third Offense (male)
And it occurs to me how "bad" some of the titles sound until you actually see what the facts are.

Come on Barry, it's the one time of year that Jack County is green. Please use a current picture. You've made it look like we set fire to the grounds around the Courthouse.
Their kids from the 1980's are finally turning the age, at least they stayed home.
I can get them all off, all the cops are bad and crooked! When I set them free, I will have a big BBQ at my house and invite all of you to come to meet these poor innocent, people wrongly arrested by the COPS! Then, I will introduce one of the poor innocent people to my precious nephew. Set up the marriage and feel so lucky that I found him a top notch citizen.
Let me guess - all these people are innocent. So say you??
