(Star Telegram photo.)Just heard a story on WBAP about three children and a woman being found dead in a Parker County home this morning. I also heard something about a noose.
As soon as I find a link, I'll post it.
Edit: The DMN beats the Star Telegram with the first story. And one sentence in that short story is shocking (in a story that is already shocking.)

NBC 5 television reported that the bodies were those of a 23-year-old mother and her three daughters, ages 5, 3 and 2. The station reported that the mother’s sister discovered the bodies, which were hanging in a closet. The station reported that authorities had contact the woman's ex-husband.
Edit 4: It's now being called a "Triple Murder Suicide."

So many questions and yes DMN had a shocking detail....infant alive. Wow!
How hold were the other kids?
How did the neighbor know to check on them at 6:30?

Pray for that family....hard.
I am praying hard for the baby. The other children are in a good place. I'm hoping mom is in a very bad place.
What exactly is the prayer? Thank you God for taking these kids by hanging them? How can a person "pray" that God will do something for an individual (and believe God has the capacity to do so) and not also believe that same God must then also be the one that allowed or caused to happen whatever happened?
Truly a sad sad day. What frightens me most is that the follow up interviews with family and neighbors will say "We never knew . . ." or "We knew she had problems, but we thought she'd work through them." People PLEASE if a mother seems depressed, troubled or out of sorts GET HER HELP! Don't let them claim anymore innocent victims in the name of postpartum depression because it's too much trouble to interfere. INTERFERE! PLEASE!
Get a grip 11:14. this is all part of the grang cosmic scheme for mayhem and disorder, which necessarily must proceed for the species to correctly evolve. No amount of interference, anticipation or hand wringing can stop Darwin's March.

Wander if Parker County is considering the ex-husband, he has not been found to notify? Parker Sheriff was asked during the press conference if had seen anything like this before, he pointed to across the street and four died there a year under the same murder suicide conditions. This makes Hudson Oaks the Newark of Parker County, we need another 1950's mobile home park to catch them.
If a noose was involved, it must be a hate crime. Please summon Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton at once. They can get more face time on TV.
11:11 AM--yet another person with the boringly common objection against a "God who doesn't control everything". This is such a "teeny tiny" idea of God. If you followed their ideas of "should a God control everything", you'd realize how simple an idea they have of God. And if He "controlled" everything (in order to take away their "objections"), you'd have nothing but a puppet universe. If I was an atheist, I'd at least try to come up with another argument against the existence of God, because the "lack of control/power" argument is intellectually cheap and inherently contradictory, and an embarassment to all "decent" atheists!
I am never buyin a single wide mobile home after this.
