Ann Coulter's new book (released today) has this passage on some widows of 9-11:
"These self-obsessed women seem genuinely unaware that 9-11 was an attack on our nation and acted like as if the terrorist attack only happened to them. They believe the entire country was required to marinate in their exquisite personal agony. Apparently, denouncing bush was part of the closure process. These broads are millionaires, lionized on TV and in articles about them, reveling in their status as celebrities and stalked by griefparrazies. I have never seen people enjoying their husband’s death so much."
She is slowly catching Nancy Grace on my all-time-most-hated female list.

Wonder which asylum she escaped from? She obviously has a chemical/hormonal imballance. Surely no one is stupidenought o talk like she does and think anyone with a minimum of avg. intelligence would place any stock in her rants.

I dont think she is so crazy. She only writes what a lot of people are thinking but arent brave enough to say. I dont think it is fair that our government (tax dollars out of our pockets) paid these families. Why should they be made millionaires just because their loved one just happened to be in a bad place at the wrong time. They dont pay for everyone else who is in a tragic accident. Americans seem to think that someone owes them something and there has to be someone to blame and point the finger at for everything that doesnt go exactly as they like. I end up with the fuzzy end of the lollypop too sometimes. Where is my handout? Why should I have to hold my head up high and simply work hard?
I hate nutjobs like this going on about they way they think someone "takes advantage" of and "gets rich" off of a national tragedy.
The fact of the matter is that the widows, widowers, and orphans of 9/11 paid the price for our nation's policies. Whether anyone agrees with the policies are not, these people have more right than me to criticize or praise the government, whoever is in charge. I didn't have to pay the price they did so I don't have near as much qualifications to criticize the Bush administration as these people do.
People like Ann Coulter need to respect the lives that were lost and the lives that were effected.
She can say and think whatever she wants, just keep it out of the public eye.
The conservative right wing media personalities are the most disrespectful un-American lot in the US today. They take advantage of freedoms by discounting the freedoms of others.

7:08 is dead on the money. 6:57 is "typical liberal no. 1"...anything you don't agree with must be the product of an inferior mind. And 7:32...don't forget to check out the mirror when you're using the term "nutjob". Coulter is, indeed, saying out loud what many know to be true. Too many families became too wealthy from the blood of their relatives after 911. They didn't only collect usual benefits, but scarfed up millions more through lobbying efforts on their behalf...and many still sued for more. If you disagree, then tell me why the widow of a FDNY firefighter should be paid 1-2 MILLION more dollars for her husband dying in the towers than a widow in Fort Worth receives for her firefighter husband dying in a building fire in that town?

I'm surprised at the number of conservative stuckups that read this blog. I bet they buy Ann Coulter's book so she can profit some more off the "blood of their relatives after 911".
I think Ann's made enough money on these issues. But I guess she deserves it more than the "widow in Fort Worth receives for her firefighter husband".
I'd love for Ann and Rush to have a baby together.

What is wrong with Nancy Grace? I love her. Barry must be the type of guy that does not like strong women. He must be the type of guy that feels intimidated by a strong woman. He probably prefers young and dumb.

And by the way...this is Texas. We are traditionally a conservative state .
