Flashback: The Courthouse Square in April of 2009
After a very long reading of the Declaration of Independance, the speech begins at 6:40.
I remember watching this from the balcony with an assistant DA who told me, "I'll tell you this, there is no way that Obama will get re-elected." I just replied, "It might be a little to early to start making predictions."
