I don't believe he was a PI. The van was maroon not red. It has Illinois plates and everything he did proved to me he was not a PI or if he was he was a very Sorry PI. I'm still not going to let my gaurd down.
I just glad that the local folks are watching out for each other. Never be afraid to report any suspicous activity. If don't look right, it's usually not right. That PI will know next time.
Based on the above description from 9:19 I know EXACTLY who you are talking about and that person is in NO WAY a threat to your children. I'm also 99% sure the Wise County Sheriff's Office was notified the person would be in the area conducting their business before they "were spotted". PI may not be the best word, but "working anonymously" might be a better description. I can assure you, your children are in more danger at Wal-Mart.

He did NOT report to the police what he was doing until they pulled him over!!! He was not working ANONYMOUSLY!!! How in the world do you know him he is not even from Wise County!
