"Morally dishonest" is claiming that abortion is anything other than the arbitrary and involuntary cessation of another human being's life without regard to anything that human being has done to deserve it. A parent telling a child "I wish you had never been born" is a despicable act, yet less egregious than terminating that child's life at an earlier age.
The headline used is "morally dishonest" in that Perry specifically mentions having to work under the Roe v. Wade decision, the exact opposite of Perry v. the Supreme Court.
And the old chestnut Liberals fall back on about "taking care of all those unaborted babies" completely ignores the work that pro-lifers do specifically to take care of otherwise unwanted children.
Until pro-abortion fans admit that they promote killing for the sake of convenience, they are being morally dishonest in discussing the concept of "moral dishonesty." The devaluation of human life and human dignity is one of the main reasons that I hold Liberalism in such low regard.

When any conservative complains about the drag on society of low income folks, liberals jump in to defend them at all cost. Abortion is the woman's decision. Having and raising a child is a huge responsibility - or it should be. Unfortunately, pregnacy is too easy. While we're attempting to regulate gun ownership why not regulate procreation? Require folks to get a licence and prove suitability to create a life. Abortion would be unnecessary. And what a wonderful world we'd have. We could get WK to select who qualifies for parenthood.
