I had a friend from Ireland visiting last summer. I didn't think to warn him and he watched FOX News for the whole hour. I told him it was a the news. He was shocked! He said that he'd not wanted to hurt my feelings, but that was the worst comedy show he'd ever seen!
I told him we'd hit the high spots in Decatur, and I'd show him some REAL comedy!!
I never thought to let him read some of the comments on your blog, but perhaps it's just as well. The Irish already think Americans are mentally unsound.
