12:05 neither A&M or Texas State are in Wise County
Early reports state that the bomb was not at the school but in the middle of town. It did explode and did $4mil of worth of civic improvement.
Decatur ISD has been on lockdown today.
Evidently DISD was on lockdown today; however teachers & staff at the middle school were not made aware of it. It seems odd that employees within the district would not be informed about such an incident.

It was a "soft lockdown." No real danger - just caution.
