Getting reports traffic is backed up, and that cops are everywhere.

Edit: It was Car vs. Bike. The Messenger posted a pic of the bike of Facebook:

Tom Bishop checking driving histories on skiers?

I hate bicylists. They think they own the road. Stay out of my way idiots. Should not be allowed on a two lane highway!!!

Cops are always everywhere- the nature of living in a police state.

8:27 Bicycles have just as much right to be on the road as you do in your expensive truck or SUV! Jeez!

Some how all our "hard working" deputies ended up @ the same "security check"!

8:45 Naw, I drive a Caddie. Right, realy? Can they go 65 MPH on a two lane, so as to stay the freak outta my way...no. So stay on the shoulder where you belong, bicylists.
Of course I understand drunks on the road travel there...no one is truly safe there either...hope this was not the case in this accident. I do hope the guy is okay.

My guess is the bicylist was wearing head phones, did not hear the car coming and turning in front of the car. Or, the car driver was drunk, or half blind and misjudged how close the bike was to the white shoulder line.
Hope he is okay.

Dumb-arse brought a bicycle to a car fight.

I think it was some kind of traffic backup or somethin'.

Thats a Whiskey Dent, Rex had enough stuff on his utility belt he wears to doctor him up, fix his bike and repair the damage to the vehicle..I think he has a heat seeking missle on that thing also..182 and bush, we have them at gunpoint

That WAS a nice bike. Maybe the guy can use it as a prop when he makes his milllions as a motivational speaker recounting his journey from near death on a desolate Texas roadside, to needing a machine- to poop, to advisor to the stars...

Q Do you know what's the hardest part of learning to ride a bike?

A Car bumpers.

That's close to the dump of a building in the top picture. Isn't it the Bort Mine entr or something according to whats left of the sign on the front of the building. Must be a new chain of closed stores or something. Such a pleasant eye sore entering the fine City. Great business attracting feature by the owner of the place.

This is the line waiting to see the new Al Capones safe exhibit just recently opened. For $6.75 you het to stand and look at the spot where they pulled the safe outta the water. It's purdy imformative.

So, now we know. Car driver was blinded by the sun and did not see the bicylist. See what I mean, bicylist can't go 50 MPH, so they need to keep off the highway. Freaking idiots..driving below the speed limit is very dangerous on two lanes, especially blind hills.

Wise County needs to get Tom Bishop a bike and let him run radar with it.

LOL 2:50 I came across a bike rider like you once.

After giving him a good hard slap across his back with the passenger side mirror of my Dodge dually he sure moved his funny ha ha spandex wearing #ss over.

LMAO! It was hilarious!

Anonymous said...

Yes 2:50 you try that. You dip sh_ts that ride on the roads need to be run over. You think that the road was built for you. Guess what it wasn't a-hole

Anonymous said...

2:50 - YOU SIR, ARE AN IDIOT!

Cyclists have just as much right to the road as automobiles. Those who ride bikes continues to growin numbers each year. For those who don't really like bikes on the road, there is not one damn thing you can do about it. All this country bumpkin bad*ss talk about running us over is just a bunch of talk. I have been riding on roads for 20+ years, haven't been hit once. And I have yet to have one of you dumb*sses tell me to get off the road (without driving AWAY from me). Who's the a-hole now, 4:06?

Anonymous said...

3:58 and 4:06 Next time you encounter a cyclist on "your" roads, why don't you pull over, get out, and tell the cyclist that they need to get out of the road and that you were the person who was gonna make it happen. I guarantee that won't happen because either 1) you don't really feel that strongly about cyclists on the road and you're just trolling on this blog or 2) (my guess) you're just a big p*ssy and you know what you'll have in store if that were to happen.

Blah, blah, blah.

Yada, yad, yah...

I think you have to question the intelligence of a bike rider on a highway.

Anonymous said...

6:39 PM Now that hits the nail on the head. Adult riding bikes...get a life people.

Anonymous said...

Lets remember that this Flower Mound young man who is someones son, someones brother, someones grandson. Stop with your hateful comments. . . I would hate for you to get this call that your family member has been hit by a vehicle. I think that prayers would be appreciated at this time.
