Looking at Decaturs' remaining schedule, it looks like they will end up 4 & 6. Tough year. Bulls are rolling, what a machine. And the Panthers of Paradise continue to dominate.
The Big Sandy is going to get ugly this year. If Decatur can get up 35 to Iowa Park, think of what the Green brothers will do against them?....kind of a scary thought
I hope Decatur has enjoyed the bigger numbers the last 5 years. Sometimes the talent at a little school catches up. Luckily, Henson has class and will not take out years of aggression in one game. I just hope our boys make it out of there with minimal injuries.
Hey m-m dont count your chickens before they hatch. From what i hear Coach Story and the Eagles have something up their sleeve for those Bulls. But dont get me wrong Bulls have a hell of a team this year and have a very good chance of going far into the playoffs. Decatur had a good team a couple of years ago that looked like the Bulls team this year and they blew it in the playoffs. BIG HEAD if you know what i mean!!!!!
He does not have class, he has talent on the sidelines and lots of it. Also, he has finally gotten some good assistant coaches instead of the jerks he had a few years ago. Now if Bport only had an athletic director, because they don't. Just look at all the other sports, especially boys baseball. Pathetic! The football team loves their assistant coaches, most have no relationship or respect for the head coach. Sad...
Just want to say to the Chico Dragons and coaChEs, you may not have won this game but like always you Dragons never gave up!!! Way to go keep on , this season ain't over yet!!!!! go dragons!!!
6:08....Ah.....the classic "angry parent who has a mediocre athlete for a son, and the mean head coach who doesn't know anything (heck I could coach this team better)who starts another kid with less talent than my chip-of-the-ol-block stud of a son." guy.
Welp.....let me tell you something there hotrod. Your son is the weak link to the team....the reps that he gets in practice is due to sympathy, not talent, and time is wasted on your son and not spent on the guys who will be playing. So, basically you spreading your seed 16 years ago, has actually made this team weaker. But, oh no, you aren't done yet, sir. Nope, you are going to bitch and complain.....proving that the apple doesn't fall far from the tree. My guess is your father did the same thing 30 years ago. How about this....feel lucky the team your son is on has talent around him and a great coaching staff to boot...your son may suck but at least he gets to be a part of the magic that could possibly take place. So, grab your sweatshirt with your kid's name and number on back...leave the tickets for the grandparents at will-call.....and come Friday night, if your son will give the team the best chance to win then he will be in the game...if not...just be glad he's got the stripes on is helmet.

As fans/parents, if Henson doesn´t win, we want his head. If he doesn´t play our son, we wnat his head. Few players like the head coach when they are playing, but they change their tune after high school when they learn what was actually going on. Apparently, you haven´t learned anything yer.
