Decatur reading probably up on the hill, Bridgeport reading lower altitude, makes a big difference in the early morning hours, not so much once the sun gets up.
I don't know if the temps are right or not. However, have you ever noticed the temps on this same map are usually all within 1 or 2 degrees of each other? I don't think that's unusual - just that the entire map is unnecessary as the temps around here are all about the same.

Bridgeport is just a cooler town man, that's all!

Isn't Bridgeport's temperature calculated at the lake? That would certainly explain a portion of the difference.
Bridgeport's temp is taken at the airport, which is pretty close to the lake.
It is all the hot air put out by the lawyers in the courthouse in Decatur.
Love your response 10:07 - that may be, but my guess would be the hot (bad) air in the commissioner's court.
:-)
When I awoke this morning it was 44 degrees outside of town toward the airport. Maybe it was another mistake from the News Media.
What? A MISTAKE from the news media? SAY IT ISN'T SO!!
duh!!!!
It was 69 degrees in Paradise.
In Decatur it is just the heat the loser pernts are putting on their A.D.
It's always 69 degrees in Paradise.
