Confusing story. None of the videos were recovered and no one who supposedly seen them will admit it. She was demoted based off of an anonymous letter and nothing else. They were sent to her boyfriend from her personal cell phone, and he is the one who showed them off (to people who won't admit it). Sounds to me like she got the shaft in more ways than one.

What is wrong with you people? After all, she was the Pubic Information Officer. She was just doing her job! Though, for the the life of me, I had no idea that job existed in the Police Department. So get off her back & let her inform the public about her pubic........what, it's public, not pubic? Wellll, never mind.
I gotta say, the boyfriend is a douchebag. Actions like that are inclinned to inhibit other women from sending naughty pictures of themselves via the cellphone and it is tough enough out there as it is.
She has attained a high rank and is a pretty female and is an information officer. In law enforcement talk it means that she has done exactly zero police work but yet has attained a higher rank than officers who have many years on the beat. This creates a resentment problem as you may imagine and no doubt it seems like they have taken a hammer to a fly in this situation. She will not only get her rank back, but also a promotion, which will only make her peers hate her even more.
You're better than this. For years, whenever you've posted "And Another..." we've known that it meant "yet another case of a teacher [usually female] messing around with one of her students."
Thus, illegal actions. Immoral. Wrong.
Here, we've got a woman who acted unprofessionally. She was demoted. It was not an illegal act. It was with her boyfriend, and thus not immoral. It was not unethical. It was unprofessional. She took her medicine.

I just lost some respect for you, sir. I wish that I hadn't. We cops like to think that there are some decent defense attorneys out there.
