If you drive off the road just about anywhere in Decatur you'll surely hit a telephone or electric pole. Has anyone else noticed how very trashy Decatur is looking with all the poles and lines that keep going up? Is there not some other alternative, like burying the lines? Really. Next time you are in town look around. Hale/College intersection. Hale/Trinity intersection. Trinity street. Dang, just about everywhere.
Decatur is becoming more like Rhome/Newark
That's exactly where I wrecked in high school, although I was hit by a 3/4 ton Chevy instead of a pole. Someone's trying to one up me.
In 10 more years it will look like Tijuana.

Breaking...another bad wreck just happened on hwy 51 and Travis rd...this is at least the 5th major wreck in WC today.
You've hit one light pole,you've hit'em all.
Looks like an electric pole to me. It also looks like every pole in the picture is leaning!!! Who's poles are they?
