Don't be sporting no John 3:16 signs in these here parts.
Jarhead brought up the "John 3:16 guy" who used to appear in the end zone of many NFL games. His, not Jarhead's, wheels flew off.

I would've beat the ever lovin Hell outta him if he jerked my sign.
10:37 - Comparing Jesus and Obama may not be what you desire. Recall that Jesus was the original "distribution of wealth" guy. I think Jesus was also big into "faith healing" but would have supported free health care for all.
Hummm, maybe Obama and Jesus do have many common goals and policies.
9:36, 9:50, sorry, you do not have "freedom to wave a sign" rights when you buy a ticket to an NCAA tournament game. For several reason, signs are prohibited and when a person buys a ticket, it's printed right on there as a rule. The attendant was courteous, not rude. He could have tossed the guy.
Actually Jesus was for voluntary distribution of one's wealth...he didn't start up a bureaucracy and threaten to put people in jail for not sharing with the deadbeat populace. If you are forced to be charitable...it is not charity...it is force, a thing completely unJesus like. Only liberals are so ignorant of scripture as to see the IRS in the teaching of Christ.
Phillip, Apparently you are unaware of the vast bureaucracy of the church and their coerced giving and frequent harassment to "donate" to church buildings and other activities. These pressures would be unnecessary if the followers of Jesus actually behaved as he suggested. Therefore the government has had to assume responsibility for our less fortunate citizens.

John 3:16 isn't that the that sez you are tryn to kick a field goal?
The guy just jerked the sign from the fan. He could have been a bit nicer about it.
Is 9:23 the one where the holy ones say not to use prophylactics to stop HIV or am I thinking of the Song Of Solomon?
For what it's worth, the original rainbow headed John 3:16 guy, Rockin' Rollie, is now in prison in California - for killing someone, I think.
Religious nutz of all persuasions should just be ignored.
Jesus better save. Obama is gonna tax the hell out of him.

Jesus saves and SCORES!!!
Jesus saves, but Satan recycles.
Oh, and 10:44: Jesus was also a community organizer.
10:37 - oh my, I hope the Wise County Republican Women don't read your post.

12:36 While we value your input STFU or you'll be sippin soup through a straw.

As dorky as the rainbow head looks, look at the dopes behind him. Did people really wear those stupid looking trucker hats back in the day?

Does the 'Revelation Man' still hang out on University in Denton and hand out Armageddon Is Near pencils?
