Update

I got all worked up earlier this year over the arrest for DWI of this State Rep. who authored some insane DWI laws. Well, the case has come to a conclusion. Place your bets before clicking on this link. And if you're a cynic, bet the house.

Maybe I'm confused but didn't a similar sort of thing happen with that kid who killed the parents and injured kids coming home from church a short time back?

Barry, you should credit the Baylor Lawyer's fine skills.

Isn't the liberal mentality to readily allow people to drive while intoxicated? How is he any different?

If we are going to forgive one shouldn't we forgive all?

I thought you would be happy that this innocent man escaped the wrath of the system and didn't have to spend any time behind bars?

I'm confused.

And he will be re-elected and re-elected. Whose fault is that?

Let's hope the Texas State Demo's and a few righteous Repub elect us a new Speaker of the House and relegate Bro King to the outhouse.

Not counting on it.

I served as a juror on a case similar to this not too long ago. Mr. green, you may remember, your client was in the same situation and one of my fellow jurors said "the trooper wouldn't have pulled him over if he wasn't drunk."There was no proof on the video, no breathalizer reading....nothing but the trooper saying he was drunk. I was not willing to wreck a life without PROOF. It took 5 1/2 hours to reach a verdict because this person was certain he had to be guilty because the officer pulled him over. How do these people make it through their day to day life without someone holding their hand all the way?? Really??

No video. Don't remember any chicken dance. But then again, they didn't show all the video and they wouldn't let us run the VCR!
