The last one appears to be a croc. Yep, dang straight!!!! It was in the small "lake" outside the hotel. For the longest time I thought he was fake until his eyes opened and his mouth opened wide. And then I jumped on his back and wrestled him - laughing uncontrollably. Or not.

Now I'm not so sure that's a croc, might be "just" an alligator--but I still wouldn't jump in the lake!! Either way, what a shock!
