Most likely has obsessive/compulsive disorder. What people don't realize is heavy use of sanitizer and anti-bacterial stuff gives rise to superbugs (and no, I don't mean wordkyle's life partner). Just ask a hospital. You're just accelerating the bacteria's resistance and soon the chemical with have no effect.
Well, if I had to be in the Wise County Courthouse (...thinking back to past infestations) - I'd have hand sanitizer too.
