Considering that Alito has spent most of his years as a prosecutor (a federal prosecutor at that), things aren't looking good for civil rights and the Fourth Amendment.

Yea 9:28: How would those folks DARE let their pic. be taken with the likes of Clinton in the background. They should should have had some honorable person like Nixon or G.W.Bush standing behind them!

I agree with you 8:47. The only people with rights are the ones who commit crimes.
Isn't it amazing that the very people that oppose the death penalty and are in favor of criminals rights are the ones who favor killing innocent babies?
