I had a friend tell me once (while lighting his one-hitter during a W. 7th bar hop in FTW) that "the first step to legalization was for everyone to stop acting like it's such a big f-ing deal".

Does this Mental Giant and Outhouse Lawyer know that his web search provided him with the wrong DA?

Maybe his opine regarding the legality of the search may not be seen the same by judges?

The State of Texas is the victim. Assuming they didn’t cover that in law school. Stop was completely legal.

Violated his right to film. Hope they don’t lose that dog like the last one. That is the real taxpayer cost, not a little weed.
