That's The Way A Meltdown Go

Ranger fans will be talking about that epic meltdown for twenty years. And the top of the 8th inning will forever go down as the worst half inning in Ranger history --- and it's not even close.

Mrs. LL and I were sitting in a seafood restaurant/bar when I told her "We need six outs." When that goofy play allowed the Yankee to reach first, I said to her, "That's the way bad things start." But I had no idea.

TBS makes me feel like I'm watching the cast of Anchorman cover a baseball game.

My evening in Chicago was ruined. NY won't get the best of the Rangers, though they may get enough after tonight's meltdown.

They had that game and gave it away. It made me remember why I hate going to the games...

Poor Nolan! And someone please remind TBS that they have a nationwide audience, not just Yankee fans. I realize that they think the Yankee organization is a historic institition, but as a Ranger fan, I don't give a shit! Give the Rangers at least SOME credit! They need to hire Tom Grieve! Have several friends who tried to watch on TV but listen on radio---a little delay kept that from working! Those announcers SUCK!

The announcing was even worse in the tampa bay series! Buck Martinez for COLOR?! All three of them sounded like "Dan the man Levitan" on Good Morning Vietnam!
