People are telling me they just felt an earthquake around 9:00 a.m.

Edit @ 9:25 a.m.: Wow. A 4.5 near Norman, Oklahoma at 9:08 a.m. that was felt a long way away. There are reports on Twitter of homes shaking in Dallas.
nice try 10:12 but it would have been more appropriate to sign it "double fake Carole King" since she's the one who wrote the song you're referencing. Other than being her contemporary, I don't believe Sweet Baby James had anything to do with that song

I have fracced a many of gas holes in my time and none have made the earth shake, well... other than the gas hole I fracced a few weeks back. I fracced that gas hole so hard and long I almost got a divorce because my wife said I was fraccing too hard and not spending enough time with her.
I digress, but my point is is you frac a gas hole properly, take the proper safety precautions, your gas hole will be fine and I have been told by experts that my equipment will not make the ground shake. It is also important to note that a properly fracced gas hole will, on occassion, experience some inflammation initially, but as nature runs it course the gas hole should be fine in a few weeks.

The earthquake happened at 09:06 approximately 10 miles east of Norman, OK. It was a 4.5 earthquake.

I couldn't tell the difference between the earthquake just reported and the fracking they are doing on our wells here in Gawd's Country right now.
