While looking at the Decatur High School web site, I stumbled across a bunch of photos from the "Battle of The Big Sandy." (Note: you guys over there might want to think about "sizing" those photos for the web.)
Anyway, do all high school girls have manicured nails?

Manicured nails? Are you kidding? You've been out of school for a long time haven't you. Certain "types" all do have manicured nails yes. But, I'll bet more have belly button piercings than have their nails manicured.
The "full-sized" photos allow parents to make quality photos after they download them. It's a nice service to provide.
During my student teaching semester I witnessed numerous manicured nails of ELEMENTARY AGED girls 2nd grade is the youngest I saw... I didn't even know they made nails that small?!?!?!? :/
oooo and to add 2 that the same 2nd grader had her eyebrows waxed as well.
Not long ago, guy in Southlake arrested for snapping crowd shots similar to this. Some mom thought he was taking pictures of specific kids or something. He wasn't. But it was a huge story and his life was ruined and then, days later, an "oh by the way the guy was completely innocent" comment buried in the newspaper.
Can't stand fake nails....just doesn't feel as good as real ones when you scratch.
I think the only girls in high school with manicured nails are the ones whose mothers think high school is where their daughter will hook up with a future husband and is the HIGH point of their daughter's life. If the daughter fails to find Mr. Right in high school more than likely she will be sent to college to continue her quest for her "Mrs."
