Huckabee in a landslide of biblical proportions. [Rimshot.] He'll probably come in third or fourth in New Hampshire (since a Southern Baptist ex-preacher doesn't stand a chance up there), but I think he's in good shape the rest of the way.
(And, by the way, the graphics for the poll results are awful - one thing that Google, who hosts this blog, does poorly.)

I just suffered through a very long phone push poll from the Phil King organization. It is presented as an opinion solicitation that will take only a few minutes (it took about 20). After some general questions it basically attacks Joe Tison on a bunch of issues and tries to make King look like the best legislator in Austin. Barf. Where do I go to help support Tison? This King jerk needs to be retired.
Did anyone see Hillary almost cry with frustration at her inability to beat Obama in NH? What affect will that have? Whatcha think?
Can't see Huckabee pulling it off. Not enough money. We're talking about America afterall.
I noticed that Huckabee (and not surprisingly 3 other presidential candidates are on Judicial Watch's List of 10 Most Corrupt Politicians in 2007. I guess that makes him as qualified to be President as any other pol.
Your poll results look like half a cross to me.
What I can't stand is this--NOW we'll have an endless "analysis" about crying on the campaign trail. Our media's trend of OVER-analyzing everthing makes me want to barf.
Regarding the Hilary emotional meltdown---it's sort of refreshing to know the Wicked Witch of the East actually has a heart. She scares me, but Obama the Muslim really scares me!!! If he wins, will Oprah replace Condi?
Obama is a Christian not a Muslim but I think everybody knows that. It is also interesting that Paul beat Giuliani, McCain, and Romney. And Republican News Network doesn't even let him in their debate.
I'm voting for Ron Paul because he is a rascist.
9:34 Phil King's opponent in the Republcian primary will take care of the home people, not big business like Phil King. Also, he supports public schools and not vouchers to private schools.
If the Democratic presidential nominee is settled before the Primary, I moving over to vote in two races: state representative and the local county attorney race.
Are if Obama is the Democratic candidate, I'm moving over. I cannot support a candidate that will not answer the questions on how he will save the world! The press has been calling him a rock star for months and is picking the next candidate.
Obama will not stand a chance in the south running against Mike Huckabee; however, there is a chance an independnet may inter the race.
Oprah should have stayed out of the race. She wants a black to win and like Mrs. Edwards said, we should be past being white, female or black!
4:47 - I, too, will be voting in the Repub primary so that I can vote in contested races - especially against Phil King.
Question: why do you assume Oprah would only support a black? Maybe she actually feels he is the best candidate at this time. As for Obama losing the South - no big deal there. Gore and Kerry lost the entire South and only lost because of Ohio (Kerry) and the Supreme Court (Gore).
Obama IS Muslim. But that isn't what turned me against him so much as his refusal to place his hand over his heart while reciting the pledge to this country. If he isn't at least patriotic for Old Glory and what she stands...then he IS NOT worthy of leading our country.
