Why is it odd that a myspace page is up and running? Think myspace monitors all the obits nationwide? Or that friends have their user name and password to take it down?

In answer to your question...after that headline, YES one could get an idea that his life has gone wrong. Cannibalism added to murder should warrant a DOUBLE lethal injection! ASAP!
But he will probably gett off with a defense of having a difficult childhood. Of course, "blacking out" is a brand new tactic that makes him completely innocent of premeditation. Get a rope!

Keeping up a myspace of a loved one isn't strange at all. Have you lost a loved one? It turns into a memorial for your loved one. We have one up still for my nephew who was killed while walking to school. His friends comment often it helps them deal with his tragic death! Don't discard something as strange until you see both sides of the issue.
Was this a hate crime? Probably not because the victim has to be black.
