I have seen a couple of these plays over the years and have noticed that the defense lets up once the ball hits the ground on a lateral. I guess they forget that the ball is still live, even after 3 or 4 laterals. Just a thought, but if I was a special teams coach I would try to incorporate the "bounce lateral" in this trick play.

Good grief and to think of all the pass imcompletes out there.....this ball was "lateral'ed" alot.
I don't know much about football so why isn't the lateral technique used instead of being tackled?

4:03.....I'm guessing at a Division III school maybe they have more players there for the love of football and not love of self as much?!?
