Someone inadvertently set the one of the Toomer's Oaks on fire. It's out now, but all the toilet paper is burned off pic.twitter.com/0cSGRUBEFZ

So many questions. Charged with "desecration of a venerable object". Whoa. Who says these trees are "venerable objects"? The State of Alabama? Just Auburn fans? What if, to him, there is absolutely nothing venerable about them? Just a tree. Is he wrong? Is completely trashing something with toilet paper "desecration"? Why not? Seems to be a funny way of loving a tree. And what about the other hundreds and maybe thousands of trees that were leveled to make room for a stadium? The campus? "We'll, we've flattened a whole bunch of trees to make Auburn University parking lots...but these here trees are very special to us..so special that we cover them in TP a few times a year."
DAMN THOSE TREES HAVE BEEN THROUGH HELL.
He should have been charged with treeson.
It's not a tooma!
